A private coaching experience for people who feel like they have tried different training methods, followed plans for a while, but still haven’t found something that truly fits their life or brings lasting results.

We work together in person, with sessions fully adapted to you—your body, your energy, your schedule and how you feel on the day.

From the first session, you are guided through everything. You don’t need to think about what to do or how to do it. You just show up and I take care of everything else.

Each session is built around you in that moment. Some days we focus on building strength and energy, other days on mobility, posture or recovery. This combination is what makes progress feel natural and sustainable.

Very quickly, you start to feel a shift in your strength, energy, sleep, mood and many other areas of your daily life. It gently changes the way you move through your day and how you experience your body.

Online coaching is designed for those who want structured, personalised training with the flexibility to train from anywhere.

You receive a fully tailored programme based on your goals, your level and your lifestyle. Everything is clear, simple, and easy to follow—so you always know exactly what to do.

We start with a consultation to understand your needs, then your training plan is built specifically for you and adjusted over time as you progress. You are supported throughout the process with ongoing guidance, check-ins, and adaptations, so your training continues to evolve with you.

This is a structured approach that helps you stay consistent, build strength and feel confident in your training—wherever you are.

Where strength meets connection

Having lived in different countries, I have always been surrounded by strong, supportive groups of women—spaces where you feel good, encouraged and fully yourself. When I moved to Paris, I realised how much that kind of environment matters and I wanted to create a space that brings that same feeling here.

The Collective is exactly that.

We meet in the park for full body workouts that are simple, effective and adapted to all levels. It’s a moment to move your body, feel stronger and reset in the fresh air. After workout we usually go for coffee to talk and over time, real connections grow. There’s also a private group chat where everyone stays in touch, supports each other and shares life beyond the sessions.

The group is international and always evolving—some women come regularly, others travel—so you’ll see familiar faces, and always meet new ones too.

It’s a space that feels easy to join and even better to come back to.
